Sunday Morning Post Rock | Oxide Tones

Sunday Morning Post Rock

Sunday mornings have always been a sort of “chill” time of the week for me, and as such, the music I chose when I’m at home is much more downbeat than during the rest of the week. Apart from The American Dollar & Hammock, I’ve been discovering other bands recently, that I think will please the taste buds of Oxide Tones readers.

Circadian Eyes is a solo project and comprises of keyboard based post rock with a beautiful amount fo atmospherics.

The Echelon Effect is another solo project, using hauntingly nice melodies and a sprinkling of electronica.

Carlos Cipa is a new one to me, with a classic piano background, he brings his keyboard to climaxes with technical excellence.

The Tumbled Sea is probably the best known of these bands, and is published on Future Recs.
