Here’s the challenge: Take 2 musically inclined people, put them in a room, and ask them to make some big sounds. How big? Damn big! Math Rock newcomers from Baltimore MD, Time Columns make a sound so big, that if you listen, you’ll think you’re hearing a band of at least 5. Yeah, that’s how big Kenny and Jordan can get, and they indulge in doing so. Layers upon layers, leading the listener around surprising corners, Time Columns takes you on a trip that you will not understand thew first time you listen, and nevertheless, you’ll be tapping your feet to the rhythm, and whistling along to the melody. Until the band changes course midway of course. 2 musicians, musical inclinations, and a passion for what they do, that sums up Time Columns perfectly.
